Why cant i download certain mods?

    I tried downloading the fork lift mod, but all the links i went to in video descriptions came up as an error.
    I tried getting a T-series rollback flat bed mod. That worked, but i didnt have the permission to DOWNLOAD it.
    I can't install the dodge viper, which also sucks. It's starting to get annoying.

    Man.. That really sucks. I wish it at least kept the mods around and able to download when someone gets banned.
