Why Does my axle break?

I have been having this problem and I've tried changing beamspring, beamdeform, beamstrength, beamdamp. But none are working, I've attached a video that describes my problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Thank! Increasing the node weight did it. I though that it was unrelated to beamspring etc.
