Why does the arcade gearbox mode not shift by itself?

    Hey there,

    So, AFAIK, the arcade gearbox mode should shift all vehicles automatically and they are needed for scripted AIs considering they can't shift for themselves. However, for some reason, it doesn't shift above gear 1, leaving the AI stuck in first gear at the max rev. I tried it in a car controlled by myself, the arcade gearbox still doesn't work right. I even cleared the cache and verified integrity just in case.

    What could I do to get it to shift again?
