Why my game's white light looks so weird

I know i am using mods and maybe that is the cause but i wanna ask is there any way to fix it? the sign and white light are being weird and the map looks fine with others preview
i tried clear cache and only enabling the r33 and Kamurocho, Yazuka map mod, deleting default profx preset and it still happen. Help!

 

Might be because your using a bootleg leaked mod

May i ask did you get it from this site? Or some other website.
Either way looking at the numberplate it is still a leaked mod.

Why did i just get a notification about this message about 19 hours after it was posted,
Lots of mods on other sites are leaked, or have dangerous viruses in them

 

Because he's a new member and his posts should be approved by mods and it takes some hours
