Did you delete the default player SpawnSphere? I bet you did. You'll have to copy one from another map and paste it into yours.
here we go again. I was using a Template called Create A Map --- Post updated --- and where is the Directory?
No need to get angry. Open your map with the World Editor and look through the menu to make sure your SpawnSphere is still there. Might even be easier if you just upload your map in its current busted state here so someone can look at it. You also posted this in the wrong category.
Just...quick note...I looked at that thread, and that file was created In 2014...I would have rather copied the GridMap file and edited all the paths, which Davidinark's tutorial explains. But if it's working for you, go for it!
No GridMap.mis in the new folder in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\BeamNG.drive\content\levels? Pretty sure the game doesn't use .mis anymore for GridMap. Davidinark's tutorial series started maybe, 4 months ago? I think there's the answer in there, but I forgot the equivalent of GridMap.mis that's used now.
.mis is a deprecated format. Still works, but any new map and what you save in the editor is done in the new .json format. The .mis file is replaced by the whole 'MAIN' folder, which contains all the .json files for the level. You should find that in the official levels, or any other level that is not years old.
