Why was my "Bruckell Legran, but it's a russian mod" inappropriate?

About an hour ago, my thread containing my joke mod was deleted. The mod itself was a parody of low-quality ones found on russian websites- a Bruckell Legran with Grand Marshal jbeam, bad textures, no thumbnails etc.
The users' reaction was very positive when I checked the thread yesterday.
Why was it removed? Was it inappropriate in any way? If so, then in what way? Or did some users post something bad/start internet war in the thread?
I would like to know that to prevent similar accidents in the future.

Because on BeamNG forums, we have quality moderation.

They had no problems with the Lamborgayni, I seriously doubt this is a matter of "censorship"...

I suppose specifically calling it a "russian" mod could potentially be considered offensive as it generalizes a pretty large part of the BeamNG customer base, so they went ahead and removed it.

 

While that may be true, it's just as offensive if not more so to the much much much larger American consumer base when they steal every mod they find and upload it in a broken format without any credit to the original author to their terrible websites. Then again, anything anywhere any time can be considered offensive to a large group of people now that we have the Internet to bring them together...

 

Yeah, I agree with @Inertia some pretty stupid stuff gets removed on this forum. Its not being rude to point out flaws in someones mod. I got reported for "Being mean" when really I was just calling someone out on something they did wrong. And, the moderators are pretty much allowed to say whatever they want, even if it is so bad its not in Urban Dictionary. Honestly, I am a little bit sick of the moderators on the site.
