I have taken notice of the fact that there are many insanely overpriced pc's on ebay such as a system with a AMD A10, integrated R7 graphics and a low end power supply going for 700$ CAD so I have decided to make a video about it.

Imo the best deal for any Ryzen mainboard is the Asus B350-Plus that I got for 70€. There's also a B450 version out there for 30 bucks more but the fact of the matter is that as long as you don't need all your PCIE ports to be x16, you don't need Wifi on your PC and you don't need an optical audio output built in there's no reason to get something more expensive.
