    Hi all,

I do absolutely love playing Beam.
Recently I bought a new GPU, the RX480.
The gameplay is much better than it was, settings are now on normal.
However, when 3 or more vehicles are spawned, the FPS drop to 30 and below. I
have an Intel i5-2500T and I know it is doesn't really suit the game.
My question is: When I upgrade the i5 to an i7-2600, will the FPS be better?

    Thanks in advance!

Yes, BeamNG is a very CPU heavy game.

When your FPS is really low, open task manager and tell us what CPU usage and GPU usage are. That should give a better idea of exactly where the bottleneck is.

If CPU usage is really high, that is a good sign that it's time for an upgrade.

I use a live CPU usage graph, and it's always 90-100%
So that's most likely the problem?

Yeah, even with 1 car beamng uses the CPU quite heavily for gpu tasks.
