Will there be things like working seat belts, airbags, roll over bars, and active head restraints in the game?

Airbags: Maybe. Roll over bars: Yes. Active head restraints: Should be nice if there were crash test dummies.the seatbelts: would be nice too if there were crash test dummies. And it would be cool if there would be a on/off function for the airbags and the seatbelts. :)

Well, some of this has already been discussed in the Airbag thread. Airbags seem like a bad idea because if you crash, you will have two giant marshmallows inflated in your car. In first person, it would be like driving with a blanket over the windscreen. Even in 3rd person, the car would look kinda stupid with two airbags hanging out of the window. ;) The other things are good ideas if there is a driver. If not, there's no point.

But in RoR you could move things with your mouse and if this would be implemented in BeamNG you could just pull the airbags out of the car if they have blown up.
Or just implement a on/off button with the airbags. :D
