Window Color Issue

So, I think this is a glitch, but I'm not sure.

When I load my Covet, the first time the window color is fine with the default (correct) color.

However, if I decide to change the color of the car, the window adapts the car color.

I know the issue is with Layer 2 of the window, copying the color of the car for some reason.

When I reset Layer 2 to 100% transparency and save, it works. But when I reset the car with Ctrl + R, open a new game, or restart the game the issue is still there.

What I've tried so far:

-Saving the Editor with Layer 2 at 100% transparency
-Running cleanup
-removing then reintroducing the glass_d.DDS file

none so far have worked

 

hmph so im not the only one who has experienced this before

 

Does anyone have a solution to this?

 

It seems like this should get added to the list of errors since it's happened to more than just me and seems to have no solution.

 

Can't really tell if this issue will happen with the stock covet, something may have happened during export of the new DAE

 

I've used a stock Covet (separate file/different car) and the issue occurs. It doesn't happen with other vehicles, though.
