Im just gping to get straight to the point. The WLAN driver is causing massive audio delay caysing repeating audio for about a second every 10 seconds. (like before a bsod) I have tried, installing new drivers, downgrading drivers, windows generic drivers, audio troubleshooting, hell even reinstalling windows. It has gone away temporarily but only for about 10 minutes. Its driving me mad and I have no idea how it started or how i can get rid of it. Any help greatly appreciated, thanks in advance. P.S: Started after turning on yesterday, not during use.
What audio drivers are you using? My roommate's HP laptop decided to "uninstall" all of his audio drivers last week after being connected to an HDMI display. I recommended he used the Real-Tek HD Audio drivers which seemed to have fixed his problem. The other thing I could think of is a bad audio PCB (or whatever it's called) on your motherboard... A fix to that would just be a PCI-E audio card.
