Because the reflections do not render the player's car, I often find that the windscreen (on cockpit view) reflects the ground, or the vegetation that I'm traveling over. This is a little distracting at times, and removes the sense of realism. As it seems adding the player car to the reflections isn't likely to be supported soon (I guess it adds a lot to the stress on the CPU), I wonder if another solution to this issue could be available?
This is only on mods were the author made the inside of the windscreen reflective, unless you change it yourself in the files (don't know how to do that) there is no solution, it doesn't add any additional performance strain, since the reflections are calculated anyway
Even stock vehicles can have this problem, not on the windshield, but other reflective parts, for example the bug shield on one of the T-series variants. I think it would be better if the interior views didn't show reflections on any player-vehicle surface.
