world editor issue

I'm trying to put materials on my map, and nothing in the attached photo works works. All I can do is expand and retract.


I've attached a log file. I usually can trouble shoot most things, but this is way out of my understanding

 

This is offtopic but could you tell me what's a .log file? I can't open that

 

logs errors, if you want to see one live, press ~

 

Ok. I knew I can see console errors in game with ~ key but how to open this file in the game?

 

my location is USERNAME\AppData\Local\BeamNG.drive\0.22 then they are just text files to open

 

still have this issue, and I've had it for ages. Even if I enter the old editor, I can actually work with materials, but they never save, no matter what I try

 

I cant even open world editor, not even in safe mod. God damn it..

 

this kind of works now after the new update, but it's buggy, I need to restart often, and most of the time it doesn't save, but it's working, so I'm happy with it currently. Thanks for the work on the bug and performance issues
