World Editor

So I don't know how to get to world editor I've tried hitting F11 in the full screen and not in full screen all it does for me is opens up every site I have so for example when I hit it it will open up Google, Discord, and Origin among other things if I have them open. Does anybody know how to actually open world editor? (If it helps I am on Windows 10.)

 

Maybe you changed the F11 as a hot key for Google and discord and origin? Anyway you can change the binding of world editor, open menu, go to settings, go to controls, then in the search bar search the "world editor" then find the binding of that, then click at "F11" then when a new tap opens, click at F11 again, then you can press a new key, (for example F10) then press apply.
