Worse FPS with new hotfix? (FIXED)

Hello. I updated to the latest hotfix (0.24.1.3) and I seem to be getting considerably worse performance on my computer, and I checked to have the latest GPU drivers. I used to get 50-60 FPS on normal settings with 2-refresh dynamic reflections, but now it can barely go over 30 FPS with dynamic reflections off. The grid maps seem to get slightly better but still lacking performance.

My specs are:
-Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070Ti
-Intel Core i7-6700k CPU
-32 GB RAM

I have tried both fullscreen and borderless modes with similar results on both. I can't check exact previous performance for obvious reasons (can't roll back versions and I wasn't counting on such a performance drop to happen).

I fixed my issue by clearing the cache and verifying file integrity, in that order. I don't know what the issue was still, but that did the trick. Seems the hotfix didn't install correctly on my game at first and needed a repair.
