the meaning of ricer is race inspired car enhancement but a better way to put it is Really Idiotic Car Enthusiast

I saw what could of been an old Lancer but turned out to be a riced Honda Civic.

Being a car guy sucks in my town, u cannot stick your exstause out of the car , your wheels cannot go of the car and the worst part is u cannot add horsepower on your car (u can but watch out for police)

That is not Chinese rice, it look like Japanese rice

 

I played NFS: Carbon, and the cars I made when I was in elementary school were absolute rice. They would make weaboos cream their pants. Sadly I have no pictures of them because the old wii got fried.

The cars I made more recently on that game I quite like though.
