Xbox One controller help?

I haven't played BeamNG for a while, but the last time I did, my controller worked fine. I went to play today, and now under the Hardware tab of the controls menu, it shows 2 Xbox controllers, and it moves the axis and the buttons on both when I push or move them. So, for example, when I push the button to change the view, it counts 2 presses, and skips over one or skips a gear when I shift. And when I hit the LT to accelerate, it also applies the brakes, so when I want to drive, I have to press LT and RT to release the brake and move.

I have cleared the game cache, re-installed the controller drivers and restarted the computer. The controller functions fine in other games.

Any ideas?

I figured it out. Somehow deleting the local files and re-downloading the game on Steam fixed the issue.
