I could be wrong, but I'm gonna guess that you aren't gonna get many responses. Most mod makers work on mods for one of two reasons. The majority are the first reason - working on a project that really interests them. A few are for the second reason - money. As I'm sure you aren't looking to pay someone to make this, you need to get a mod maker interested in your project to want to join in. The ultra generic "interesting suspension idea" isn't gonna entice too many people. Why not share the whole idea now so that you have a better chance of finding someone that thinks it is as good of an idea as you do?
