Nope, I got it from him for free (I personally think it's awesome) My entire family consists of Citroën lovers, and they all drive Citroën except for one or two carless uncles.
It's a 1981 Citroën 2CV6 Special. Needs a respray though. Car is 100% rustfree, has about 117.000 km on the clock (engine needs revision (not urgently, it just tops out at 90 km/h as opposed to the 115 original). Thinking about maybe fitting it with a big bore kit (50cc and about 4 BHP extra), just to keep up with modern day traffic a bit better.
Note: This is not a chat thread it is a thread were you post a picture of your car and people respond with Nice or crappy
Well, the shape of the 70's 2CV is basically the same as the 80's. It looks a little older because it has an original 1960's grille --- Post updated --- Alright, sorry.
This is my first car!! got it four days ago for my birthday (just coincidence). is a 1.6, ith manual steering, manual gearbox, manual windows, but is mine and i love it!
I like it! My neighbors used to have a Uno. You can't really find them anymore in my country though. I especially like the colour, red suits it.
Facelift MK1 Ford Focus. https://photos.google.com/share/AF1...?key=UHdWdFEyQl9qWHplcWRUeG14VExGRF9BN0F4RGVB No exterior, sorry. Challenge: Guess the milage! Tip: Look at the steering wheel. General condition: - Check engine light, broken MAF sensor, no time to fix. Yet... That means it uses A LOT of fuel regardless of driving style. - First and reverse engage only if you double clutch and you have some feel to it. Otherwise it looks like it's in gear, the stick stays there, you as you slip the clutch, it grinds gears. - Front wipers don't know where "park" is, so if you use the 1 wipe function, they stop at the middle of the windscreen. - High beams flicker on idle. - Speaking of idle... With the AC on, there is no idle. You push the clutch in, it stalls. If you have to stop, you heel and toe or switch the AC off. It's literally that bad. - The exhaust isn't really held in place. When going over potholes, it hits the bottom of the car. And it's loud. Wasn't fixed properly after being rear ended almost 3 years ago. But I love it to death. I'm gonna fix it and use it until it falls apart.
Is the front bumper damaged? Looks like missing paint under the left headlight. But other than that, it's pretty good, a bit too new for my taste though.
