Also, I've been on the forums since 2014, but I only upgraded my Nvidia GT610 about 5 months ago, last Christmas. (I now have a 1050 TI SC, so that's a huge jump. 1GB VRAM to 4GB VRAM XD)

Normally I play at 720p, medium settings, and I get 20-50 FPS, depending on the map.
