ZAW Warnhorst 100 Lore: ZAW (Zwickauer Automobilwerke)was one of the leading vehicle manufacturers in the GDR (German Democratic Republic), focusing on reliable passenger cars. With the “Warnhorst 100”, the company started a new era in the automobile industry of the GDR. With body parts, made out of Duroplast, a stable plastic material, which was light and easy to assemble. From 1964 until 1990, the Warnhorst was a successful car in the GDR. Around 48% of all cars in the GDR were Warnhorsts. In 1990, when GRD joined the FRG (Federal Republic of Germany), the Warnhorst was discontinued and ZAW got acquired by AW (Automobilwerke Wolfsburg). There are still some People, which like the uniqueness of the Warnhorst and so, the car still has some passionate people, which care for him. The "Warni", how some people call it, has now become the cult car of the GDR and there are still annual fan meetings. Endlich habe ich einen Trabi für meine DDR-Kennzeichen... Super Arbeit, sieht schon mega gut aus. Würde mich sehr über eine GO TRABI GO-Konfiguration als kleines Easter Egg freuen
TRABI!!!! If there's any mod I'm hands-and-knees praying doesn't get canned after 3 months, it's this one
In german, ,,Zuber" means something like tub or bucket. And that's basically what that Version of the car is: A tub with no doors and roof. And the original was called ,,Kübel", which has the same meaning as ,,Zuber".
oh my god i love you --- Post updated --- will we be getting 80-90s trim (square bumpers with black edges, and other stuff)?
