    I am very pleased to release version 2.0 of Advanced Island Redux. This update has been several weeks in the making and includes many massive changes. However, to those of you saying "I just want to play the original", fear not, I am going to upload the original version with minimal changes, nearly identical to the 2014 release. This version will be the expansion upon the 2014 map.

    I want to give a huge thank you to @bob.blunderton for making this update possible. Not only did he answer my numerous questions, but he took this map into his own hands and made a few changes. I will make sure to note which changes he made. If you encounter an issue or bug, please report it in the discussion, don't rate the map badly because you're having an issue. I hope you enjoy this new version!

    Changes in this version:
    -New sections of highway, bob.blunderton created the ring road around the island
    -New highway textures, courtesy of bob.blunderton
    -New AI mapping, AI will stay in the right-hand lanes and can make left and right turns, thanks to bob.blunderton for teaching me how to do this
    -New city area, I removed all the city object blocks and laid out new roads in their place, along with sidewalks, changed some buildings
    -3 new bridges to go along with the highways
    -Bug fixes in the .mis file, fixed lines referencing outdated features, thanks to bob.blunderton for this one
    -Some roads were re-banked, thanks to bob.blunderton
    -New trails
    -Lots of new trees
    -New mirror and water reflections, thanks to bob.blunderton
    -Slightly increased FPS
    -New thumbnail
    -Changed info.json

    Known bugs/issues:
    -Nighttime doesn't work quite right, I will fix this in the future.
    -There may be some floating trees, light poles, or traffic lights. I did my best to try and fix all of them, but there still may be some. Please don't rate badly just because one light pole is slightly off the ground or too close to the road.
    -FPS can dip in certain areas, this may depend on your PC. This is not a map issue but more likely a BeamNG issue.
    -I did my best to smooth out the terrain but there still may be some bumps in the roads.

    Enjoy this update, it has a lot of new stuff to offer. And lastly, a final thank you to @Andrew_1979 for letting me edit this map.
