Canadian License Plate Pack 1.2.1

Decided to get Québec out first due to popular demand. I'll admit it's a bit of a rush job but I've been really busy (hence the slow updates). It uses the default plate font for now and technical limitations have prevented me from including the bottom sticker wells, but both will be fixed when I get the chance, I promise!
