Unsupported Hirochi Start 3.2

• Added 2 configs, a 1.2 plain body and a 1.5 with plastic trim in the doors bottom.
  
• Replaced the CVT transmission with a 5 speed manual gearbox
• Fixed the missing wheels problem
• Fixed the incorrect HP figures, the 1.2 engine now produces the claimed 60 HP and the 1.5, 120 HP.
  
• Added plastic to the bottom of the doors (for the 1.5 config or any free use)
  
• Added Hirochi logos on the steelie rims
