Not at all, Raised station wagons are usual cars, just raised either from the factory, or aftermarket, called crossovers. but SUV's are vehicles built on top of a utility vehicle platform, a pickup, or a van, to ignore certain govermental regulations and standards all the other vehicles have to follow, hence all of them being so shitty.
