I was driving the LeGean and my precious hubcaps fell off. I can't have that!! I pressed insert to reset the vehicle. The game crashes.

Was that just a random crash?
If yes, then nothing too serious.

If you can replicate that each time instead, then I'd need steps to reproduce.

Seems as though if the vehicle has ANY broken Jbeams, the game will crash upon "R" reset

@Nadeox1 It is a repeated thing. Get in the LeGran (The car I had) and drive a little, then push "I" or "Insert" To respawn/reset. It crashes.

Did you have mods activated ? You could also try to delete the "settings" folder (located here : documents / beamng.drive / settings) this will put all your options to default and delete the modified input you may have from older version.

    No, nothing worked.

Hey, if it helps, BeamNG.drive 0.8.0.0 0x00000001. Error code ;)

Yes, the same has happened to me when I try to "go to home", "reset home" or "recover vehicle" in any car. Also I noticed this only happens when my Logitech G920 is connected, otherwise it works fine. (Tried running Safe Mode, didn't work)

P.S: I don't have any mods installed yet so it shouldn't be an issue.

    We will be investigating.

Can you please all of you confirm if you are using a wheel?
And if that happens only if a wheel is connected?

I use a pad and it works fine here.

    Please do this:
Please press the SUPPORT button in the game launcher.
Follow the instructions and press 'Submit Informations.
Our 'BeamNG.Support' page should open now.
In this page only provide me the 'Support ID' (it's a 4 numbers code).
Then you can close the page, there is no need to send another Support Ticket.

It will allow us to look at your game logs and see what's the problem (and fix it).

Yes, it works fine with a pad or the keyboard but when I connect the wheel and use it it breaks the game.

P.S: I will upload the error later, just clarifying that it only happens when the wheel is connected.

Thanks, the Support ID will be extremely useful for us.
Without it, we cannot see what's happening and eventually fix the issue :)

Can Confirm. Upon using the keyboard, nothing I could do broke the game at all. As soon as the wheel is plugged in, game becomes fragile.

I've had the same problem and I'm currently mid way through a full clean reinstall to see if that works but for me the quick start thing causes crashes and so does the support thingy on the launcher, ive done everything suggested whether that be disabling all my mods (safe mode) and clearing my cache it just doesn't do anything. and to nadeox i don't think there are specific things that can make it happen, no matter what vehicle or what map or anything, it just happens to some and not to others.
    --- Post updated ---
i am using a g920 and if the problem persists after my reinstallation i'll disconnect my wheel and try again, if it works then its the wheel and the profiles need updating or something.

As said above, we have made a dedicated thread, as this issue seems G920 specific.
    http://www.beamng.com/threads/logitech-g920-users.34064

Locking this thread to avoid more threads with the same issue going on.
