SO far It needed: Wiper motor wiper blades catalytic converter torque converter seal horn passenger floor pan Still needs: floor pan catalytic converter torque converter seal horn wiper motor was the main issue though, went through 4 remanufactured ones before I got on that worked.
yep. I really don't have a way to at my house because I lack the tools. Ive pulled transmissions and changed torque converters on a few s10 truck in our shop at my tech school, but Ill prob have to have someone do it for me unfortunately. That's for later though, because I don't need that to pass inspection. Ill just keep my eye on the fluid level.
It sounds like a good idea on paper but I would of rather gone with a v6 say out of an accord or legend plus its around the same width as the mustang you shown. but with that current engine its a no from me.
Wow. I got mine at auction and it was (arguably) in better shape than that. It leaked a lot but that was all easy fixes. That's what I like about vics straight from the government. They're usually pretty rough looking, but in good mechanical condition. It's also fun to completely change the look of a car with relatively cheap and easy stuff like painting wheels and polishing headlights. I want another one.
That Mustang is sickening. I mean... wow... who would defile a classic mustang with tiny four-cylinder and FRONT WHEEL DRIVE? NOT COOL, whoever you are, NOT COOL.
Ford were once thinking of replacing the mustang with a fwd model back in the 80s but mustang fans sent a lot of letters begging them not to do it so they just rebaged it as the Ford Probe.
Someone actually had the nerve to do this. Its a Holden VE Sportwagon, its had a VF Commodore front end swap & its roof has been removed...
Nice. Where I live there are no utes or really even sportwagons (unless you count audis, bmws, etc.) so it's cool to see the kinds of cars in Austrailia.
