go to C:\Users\@Yourname\Documents\BeamNG.drive\vehicles\ and check there if there is a materials.cs in any of the folders there, delete it.
Awesome work, man! The only "problems" I have is that the front tires deflates very easily while flipping other vehicles. I also have the problem with the Bolide gauges, but I found the materials.cs file and deleted it and then I lost the textures on the mod...
Might just be the way it looks in game, but they should be perfectly alligned together. Damn more bolide gauges textures issues... Are you sure you didnt delete the materials in one of the zips instead? Delete the cache, if there are any materials.cs in that other folder delete them, and then restart beamng as textures are a bit of a pain sometimes.. As for the wheels, that was a very difficult thing for the front wheels as they were large before so i decided to scale them down by a lot to make sure that other vehicles wouldnt get stuck or bust them as easily, but its a known thing. Not sure if i could increase the strength enough so they wouodnt bust.
Couldn't you avoid the tire catching by making a jbeam over the tires so they don't hit? I know the car isn't meant to be like that, but it'd work.
Thats how it already is :/ I tried so many different things but wheels are such a massive pain. And i realized that when making this vehicle.
What other folder are you talking about? The materials.cs file i found was in the dune folder. Documents\BeamNG.drive\mods\Dune(This one is zipped)\vehicles\dune
The one that is zipped are the one for the mod, sometimes beamng will make another materials hidden in one of those folders. They are NOT in a zipped file. Sometimes its hiding in those folders. did you also delete your cache?
