Some minor car glitches

    These have been present for a while now, I've decided to make a list for it. All this is done in safemode.

    On the Burnside Special, all aftermarket steering wheel does't actually meet up to the hub itself.


    On the 96-00 Pessima, the strut bar exists as an option but is invisible.

    Also, are 17x8 and 15x9 wheels suppose to poke out of the wheel arches of certain cars? I distinctively remember them not doing so before a certain update.
    For example, any 17x8 wheels on the Sunburst,


    and 15x9 wheels on the front of the Barstow.
