there's a strange bug that occurs when I use this mod. It happens once every while. I'm not sure why this happens. I have no sound mods installed, so I'm sure this is solely caused by the traffic tool. Either that, or it's caused by BeamNG itself. It's very possible that BeamNG is not used to having multiple cars spawning every now and then. But... I can't wrap my head around what might be causing it. In short: Boom Note: The volume was likely reduced thanks to Youtube. They may have detected the excessively loud volume. Just know that it is very loud in game.
It happens to me every once in a while, and it scares me to death. I think it's happened to me while not using the traffic mod, but I'm not sure.
I believe it's caused by an issue with FMOD and/or your sound controller. Every sound in game gets it's own channel, but there's a limited number of channels, and when they get filled up weird stuff happens. Using traffic mod makes this way more likely to happen, because 4+ cars means the sound channels get filled up way faster. I'm not entirely sure though, the devs would probably be able to give a better answer/
Nice! And it sure paid off, I like how Al is more aware of the surroundings. Though I noticed it tends to drive on the wrong side of the road, and the police has trouble slowing down
Yeah Finally update have Traffic official version now! Better improved optimized than mod. lol I made Comaprison video there go:
Anyone else kind of disappointed with the official traffic? The mod allowed to select what vehicles, how many vehicles and was less intrusive than the radial UI. I'm hoping that they make the traffic section its own UI app rather than keep it bundled with the radial system.
There is a traffic debug app that is basically the traffic tool And you can select the vehicles, just spawn them manually one by one.
Okay... Let me just interpret this... Your traffic tool was just made official? And excellent optimizations have been made both CPU and GPU side? It's almost as if this update was tailor made for this mod. How long was this planned to be implemented in the game? It's too perfect!
