Poly Bridge to BeamNG Converter Very WIP, this is an early test version. This is a utility that will convert Poly Bridge saves to BeamNG.drive. TODO List - Hydraulics - Split joints (partially complete, will require flexbody overhaul) - Attempt to weight points based on connected beam types - Split cables into multiple pieces - Cylinder mesh at connecting points - Possibly tweak beam strengths Where are my Poly Bridge saves? If Steam cloud is on: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata[USERID]\367450\remote\savefiles If Steam cloud is off: C:\Users\<user>\AppData\LocalLow\Dry Cactus\Poly Bridge\savefiles OR, for sandbox saves C:\Users\<user>\AppData\LocalLow\Dry Cactus\Poly Bridge\sandboxlayouts What does Unpacked / Packed mean? Unpacked is for advanced users who want to modify the exported bridge. Packed creates a ZIP file in your mods folder (currently hardcoded to your OS drive @ Documents\BeamNG.drive\mods) ready for upload. Where do my converted bridges show up in-game? In the vehicle selector, grouped with props. Oh no, it broke! Wow this is awesome man. I never even though about this before. these bridge builder games are great by themselfs but this... WOW Very time saving instead of having to make a full bridge from scratch. ive been thinking about making destructible bridges and such. but i was too lazy to get it going from scratch. If someone makes mods with this, can we still publish it on the workshop? While leaving credits to this amazing tool of course. right? Im amazed by all the work you made over the years for this community. Thanks for the effort you put in your mods/tools. its amazing man. Keep up the great work

hello, im sorry for posting here because this thread is over a year old but can this be updated for polybridge 2? when I load a polybridge 2 file into it it has an error that says "could not load bridge file" Thanks, Devin
I have purchased and played lots of Poly Bridge 2, and at some point I do want to look into this. No ETA though.
Thanks for responding so fast, i looked at the file structure for polybridge 2 and it looks very different, the file extension is also different, no rush but i will be very exited if you do make one because i really want to use springs. --- Post updated --- also, i have a question, do hydraulics work with the converter?
