Okay guys, random glitch or something I did wrong So I'm going about my day, looking for another website with forums I can be stupid on and I log onto Beam, and I see a vehicle named "CRD" Just CRD, and it had a white preview picture. I clicked it, and it just gave me the default truck. I fixed it by using my backup version of the mod, but what happened? --- Post updated --- By "default truck" I mean the D-Series.
so why are you looking for other places for mods? this is the only official sites, others you find are by Russians that pack those files full of viruses
I kind of want to figure out how to make a Tom Meents-ified Grave Digger, like he got a hold of a Grave Digger truck and made it his own, it'll look similar to the Grave Digger skin, but for example the ghost is replaced with the glowing furnace face from Max D, I think it could come out nice but it's borderline making a Max D on the wrong body and chassis, I'd try to make it its own design though and keep cues from Grave Digger and Max D in the design, it's just a thought though, I should probably start out small by simply changing the color of a skin like Iachievedbacon did with Dreid Flame War, that and finish my map first, someone can steal the idea for all I care it's just an idea I had

it looks like it could be a CRD to my untrained eye, however I'll leave that someone who knows more about the differences in monster truck chassis and can tell them apart, I can tell a few apart from the cradle but that's about it EDIT: I just found this image, yes it's a CRD, I see the sticker under the front fender, will it be made soon? I don't know, I see an opportunity for skins, but we can't really use anything from the F-150 body to make this one, as of now it seems they're making everything they can that uses the cab or a similar cab to the F-150 body, so probably not soon but sooner than the bodies that are on a completely different chassis

...that's just- you read it wrong it was a joke, I meant another forum that I can be stupid on, as a joke, for instance like Sim Monsters, or MTM2, etc.
I try installing it manually as that is the only way, it isn't available in game. I install in the documents and mods folder like off of a youtube video I watched, but installing manual mods doesn't seem to work anymore regardless of what you do. I have tried installing it in every possible path but it still won't work
Clear your game cache. Follow instructions from page ONE of this thread: Do not unzip these files! Download and copy the Addon Pack to your /mods/ folder, together with the main mod archive (CRD.zip)! Please ensure any addons you might have installed are up to date and compatible with 1.16 before reporting any errors!
Do you have the specific directory to go to? I don't want to install this incorrectly. Would the area be C:\Users\stefa\OneDrive\Documents\BeamNG.drive\mods I also installed it in the main directory, cleared the cache, but it still won't work.
It should be: C:\Users\YOUR_USER_NAME\Documents\BeamNG.drive\mods Not the OneDrive path. If you're still having issues, move everything out of this folder except for CRD.zip and CRD_AddonPack.zip, clear your cache, and try again. You can then start moving other mods back into the folder one-by-one to see which one is causing issues.
I have a quick question, I was wondering if the smoke that comes out of the exhaust can be either removed or less visible so that it looks more realistic. Just an idea.
If exhaust was removed it wouldn’t be realistic. I believe its at the thickest density we have. Cars that come with the game have visible exhaust fumes, what makes ours different?
I only notice the exhaust fumes profusely when I'm running trucks with the zoomie headers. They are generated a little thick in game for my liking but I stop noticing after a while
