Can someone help me find orange spike strip mod?

Ok so i saw on youtube some guys who has been doing spikestrip crashes with these orange spike strips







I am looking for this mod for a while and i only found this mod:

Well this mod is sooo glitchy and its not even working on some cars

So can someone please help me find this mod with orange spike strips

iirc there was a spike strip mod uploaded a few days/weeks ago on the repo, you could search for that
