Also, how is the color tuning UI gonna work? Is going to have more than 3 slider options? Like, paint gloss, metallic-ness, pearl colour etc?

No it won't, that would be extremely early for a summer update.

 

More likely in August.

 

As seen from Nadeox's screenshot, I think we may see a UI update in this version.

I mean it's probably a summer update and the last summer update was dropped on the 6th of August: No.

 

i have noticed that updates are dropped every 3-4 months, so it could be in july, or august,

 

Maybe im wrong but the D series crawler at 1:13 in the new video seems to have a different sound, the tone of the engine is higher than usual. It's not very easy to hear with the music and the low volume but it seems to be different

 

As shown in the video, how will Direct Specular Lighting affect performance? It looks great though.
I know performance is said to be similar, but I'm not sure whether that includes it.

I think it was in 2x slow motion, my game sounds like that when I drive the crawler without the mufflers on 2x slow motion.

 

Maybe the Wigeon wasn't shown because that video is only meant to show the new PBR system, and showing the Wigeon would only make people focus on that instead.

I can't remember the last time a video drop came before the update aside from that, at least not one significantly far away not marked as teaser

 

It is a possibility, but let's not hype ourselves too much, else the dissapoinment may be considerable...

That was a release/update blog video, this is just a teaser tuesday. The Vivace's first teaser video was months before release.
