yes Covet is showing age. But still is usable. Moonhawk was one of the most detailed in 2013. But how that feel very outdated. More so engine meshes.
now that we have the bastion and the remastered etk center, i think a moonhawk remaster and a remaster for one of the etks would be great
but that'd be kinda weird, seeing that bruckell is apparently dodge now, so maybe corvette based gavril sports car
Unless something has changed that I am not aware of, Bruckell is not Dodge. Bruckell is Bruckell, just like none of the other brands are representations of a single automaker.
okay, thanks! now that i know you have your glasses on, i want you to use your eyes to read the following sentence: what singular car brand is your username based on?
subaru and mitsubishi --- Post updated --- wait, u said singular, but its based on 2 with a mix of my own stuff
honestly, i kind of feel like the next new car will be one of the other brands with few cars, like Autobello, Cherrier, or Civetta. this isn't based on anything, i just feel like it, but i mean what am i supposed to base it off of?
Just like every car/lore in the game. Anyway, back to update speculation! Anyone remember the concepted vehicles list? I know they said that most/all of the cars have been scrapped, but there is a pre-facelift Moonhawk among the list. Gabe said it is supposed to look like a 60s GTO, could those unused taillamp models in the files be like those in a GTO? Also, there is a full-size sedan called the Gavril Beaufort that was considered to be a Bruckell. It is a far stretch, but could it be like a Moonhawk sedan? Before y'all kill me on this, I will try to say another car from this list has been released since its wiki was last updated (the Bruckell wagon), and that this is clear evidence that the devs have conceived the idea of putting a car like those on the list in the game.
A far stretch is understating it. I would beg to differ that the release of the "Bruckell wagon" is "clear evidence" of the list's revival. We technically got a Bruckell wagon, but that just happened to be a wagon version of the LeGran. The devs have been pretty clear that the list is not a roadmap for future development, and it is no longer relevant.
where did you get that from? i said i knew it was pretty much irrelevant. i just thought it was a coincidence that we are all talking about a pre-facelift moonhawk being teased by files left (most likely by accident) in the game files and them considering (albeit almost eight years ago) putting such a car in the game. btw, he also was upfront right from the start about the wagon just being a LeGran.
Get what from? I'm not following. Are we? Talking about the Moonhawk, sure, but I'm not seeing the files part. I could be missing this, but I went back a good ten pages and didn't see anything. I am tired, though. Edit: I am seeing some stuff about some of the Bastion's parts being in the common folder upon doing a more thorough search, but that doesn't seem like that relates to a pre-facelift Moonhawk to me. "Based on the LeGran" is not the same as it being the LeGran in my eyes. I wouldn't say that a Chevy Caprice wagon is based on a Chevy Caprice, for example.
That I was saying that the list was now somehow valid and revived. Lmao, its literally almost 300 pages back at this point. You never would have found it. it might be pre-facelift or a facelift, i don't know. I'll say it is a pre-face lift cuz it looks older to me. I would, but I get that different people have different definitions. Sorry for the confusion! btw, sorry if i have come across as rude, i'm just really stressed out right now.
Hate to break it to you but that unused rear fascia doesn't even scream GTO to me, they never even had round taillights to begin with. Interestingly enough though, a few Colonnades got round taillights, such as the one below:
It doesn't to me either, but then again, most/all of the cars in BeamNG take styling cues from several cars, so not all of it would be like a GTO. The round taillights do look interesting on that car though.
" this is clear evidence that the devs have conceived the idea of putting a car like those on the list in the game." That's what I get this from. I figured that you were saying that because a vehicle from the list has been released since after the devs had said that it was not relevant, that the list once again meant something to the development path for new vehicles. It sounds like that was a misinterpretation, though. Thanks for the link. Interesting, but not necessarily implying a remaster to me. Perhaps, but I think it could just as easily be something that just didn't make it in the game. You're all good. I was just trying to get to the bottom of what you were saying.
