So I found these about the Niki...

Apparently there wasn't a restyle, but the chrome and black wipers, as well as 2 types of air intakes, were available at the same time, and another factory option was a roof box. This is kinda messy lol. Also it had the rack and pinion steering from BIS, I have to make it now.
One type of factory graphics was available in Cuba, and it had the openable roof option there.
Openable roof version was a conversion made in Sydney only in 1991.
Apparently all RHD versions of the Maluch had rack and pinion steering while LHD still had recirculating ball, what the heck lol

Do you still need restyle info or have you solved it?

More critical issues found unfortunately... Most importantly the engine weight is all kinds of wrong now. And speed too, it's still too slow, that's because the 650 engine is too heavy. I got some info from TAN that the 650 version should weigh around 590kg instead of 605 like I have, 600kg is the weight of FL version, and el is 620, and in the mod it's 635. The catalytic converter is way heavier than expected, and the 650cc engine is not that much heavier than 600cc in its bare form. As for the speed, that stuff was probably measured for highest trim versions (so heaviest), TAN's own one can reach 115 km/h instead of 105, quite a massive difference. Good that I got this info before release, changes are on the way, and unfortunately it means a delay, I wish I knew this earlier.

Apparently there was no restyle but 2 different versions sold at the same time, yes I need it.

    Weird,
Ive found that there is a fso and fiat 126p niki, this is extremely confusing.
    Edit: im confused,
If there is 2 versions i can only find info on one of them, the fiat 126p is also called a fsm 126p, every site i go on just has info on one version, the other exists nowhere

FSM is the company that produced the car in Poland. The ST version was known as Fiat 126 worldwide, while FL was also known as FSM 126p because it was no longer made in Italy. There is nothing called FSO Niki, FSO made the Polonez and Fiat 125p.

The Niki is an export only model that was sold to Australia and Cuba, with many changes from the one sold in Poland. Also from this trailer I can tell that there were also 2 fuel cap variants. I'm researching further now.

From what I can tell now, they were the same model, but the parts they had weren't consistent, as they were assembled in Australia from Polish parts. I think that either each Austrailan factory received different parts shipped from Poland, or at least one of them got some different parts than they should (either by mistake or to save money), and that is what caused there to be 2 slightly different versions. Officially it should have exclusive parts that were not available in Poland, so the fuel cap in the ad and the small air intakes are wrong, and the chrome wipers were leftovers from ST models I guess.

650cc engine weight is correct apparently, the 600cc one is too light. (But I had to redo the engine Jbeam anyway since it had wrong weight distribution and was overall all kinds of wrong. I still have to do this for the bigger engines too.) Funny how back when I was starting this rebuild, there was so little info on this engine online, and now there is a lot. I'm sure now that the weight is correct. So the rear body is too heavy. I need to get 10kg off of it. Maybe for the better since the weight distribution is not the best there either so I'll clean it up a bit while I'm at it. It won't be as hard to do as on the front because the weights of everything are bigger so it should be easy to reduce them, but it will still probably take a few days. And I thought I was done with this. Hopefully this is the last change ever to the body Jbeam.

I don't know if this information is needed or already known, but I found a plate on a 1989 fsm Niki with some weight info and figured I should share

This is just the cargo weight limits which we already knew. They were tested on 600cc variant which had and still has correct weight so they won't change.

The mod is in a way more buggy state than I thought, good thing that I have beta testers or else it would have been released like this, lots of broken things and I thought it was close to ready... I have no idea when and how all of it broke and how I (and most testers) keep missing such obvious things, but Pędzel easily found them. These are just the major problems and there are more smaller ones too. Sorry but it will still take a while. Oof.

May be obvious, but are you sure it’s properly measured GPS or speed cam velocity? Seems too much for stock 126p. If it’s speedometer value, then that 105 may be just correct. On the other hand IIRC tire rolling resistance in BeamNG is higher than irl, so that could create performance issues.

I may have worded it wrong, 115 was the highest speed he ever got, he said it could have been downhill. Normally top speed is closer to 110. Might be like 108 on fully flat ground. I think he used the GPS as he knows how inaccurate the built in speedo is. The highest ever measured for this car in stock state (with GPS) was 130 as far as I remember. The main issue in the mod is just that it struggles to gain any speed when above 100, the acceleration should be better there and should be limited by the aero rather than the weight. And also it feels too rear-heavy in game. The 600cc engine is too light, but the rear body and the 600 decklid are too heavy, which ultimately means that all 650cc versions have 10 more kg than they should in the rear. (el is more reasonable, since the catalytic converter should really make the engine much heavier) You also have to keep in mind that TAN has the ST version which is about 30kg lighter than the el so it should be faster.

For some reason a lot of the bugs with the mod are only with the last uploaded beta, and are not present on my unpacked version. Possibly the file compressed wrong.
Backlight skins not working, no driver camera, no dummies - bugs only with the compressed file.

    What is done:
Fixed some skins wrongly having colorable parts
Fixed front suspension tuning being terribly broken
    Fixed sticking out radio
Fixed some slots and parts having wrong or confusing names
    Fixed some invisible badges
    Fixed tilting windows unbreakable

    Still to fix:
Wrong weight of rear of the chassis
Wrong weight of all engines except 650cc
    Wrong weight of catalytic converter
    Wrong weight of 600 decklid
    Outdated Jbeam of some engines
    Misalligned skins
    Exploding suitcases
    Outdated thumbnails for most configs
Outdated performance stats for almost all configs
Outdated model of black quarter windows
    Headliner floating in the rear
Holes and lack of smoothing on door meshs
Headlight frames not 100% fitting headlights and being one sided
Hood gap bigger inside than outside
Transmission clips through floor slightly on bumps
Bottom of doors has too big panel gap
    Body is removable
Push bar slot should be on front bumper to prevent possible clipping with some bumpers
Hitting one specific spot causes a spike
Center lug wheel hubs don't have default wheels specified
Rear bumper not visually conneced to body
Some configs spawn with my name on license plate
Secret thrusters are too strong, should be adjustable

Most are small issues, but some are very annoying to fix
