This game is the single biggest reason for me to have a PC over a console, after making game content/maps anyways Sorry for the off-topic, but more on-topic, long live GTA SA, personally the best entry in the franchise to date. It's got it all. From gang wars to character building / customization etc. Gang wars was my favorite. That could have been the entire game and I would have so loved it anyways. I spent dozens of hours just playing that game to see what made it fun - and fun it was - outside of the flight school that I only ever passed once in my life. Should stick to making maps not trying to beat GTA SA, or Los Injurus will never get done. The result of my studying GTA SA, GTA IV, GTA V, and even Vice City among the many other GTA-clones is Los Injurus. Hopefully it gets done before I die of old age. Thanks for bringing GTA SA San Fierro to BeamNG!
1. Don't bump the thread. 2. The author cannot transfer the map completely to the beam due to lags, so until beamng is able to run the full map, the project will stand still.
on my way to recreate in beamng didn't liberty city get ported to beamng but privately? i remember seeing a video on it edit : yeah it did get ported, too bad its basically wiped off the internet at that point
Can someone replace the GTA train tracks with actually BeamNG tracks for play with trains? is this in planning by the author?
Probably not, as this would require replacing that entire map section with compatible tracks. It is an old PS2 game from 2004 after all, so changing certain aspects may be difficult. But alas, I'm not a modder or modeler, so it may be possible.
It shouldn't be hard , just replace original rails whit this https://www.beamng.com/threads/mrk-kit-railroad-tracks.57350/ https://www.beamng.com/threads/mappers-resource-functional-train-tracks.27094/
