So after being gone for a few years, I'm getting back into BeamNG. So I plan on building a new PC mainly focused on BeamNG and here's two I've got in mind.

    1st is AMD based.
    CPU: Ryzen 7 9700x
    CPU Cooling: ID-cooling FX360 Pro
    MOBO: Asus Prime B650 Plus
    RAM: TeamGroup T-Force 32gb
    STORAGE: Samsung 990 Pro 2tb
GPU: XFX Speedster Merc 310 Radeon RX 7900 XR 20gb
PSU: Corsair RM750E 80+ Gold Certified
    CASE: N/A yet

2nd one is Intel Based from MetaPC
    CPU: INTEL I5-14600K
    CPU Cooling: META 240 AIO
    MOBO: ASROCK Z790-C LIGHTNING WIFI
    RAM: META 32GB DDR5 6000 MT/S
    STORAGE: 2TB KINGSTON M.2
GPU: NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 4070 SUPER
PSU: META 850W GOLD PCIE 5.0 PSU
    CASE: PHANTEKS NV5

What do you guys think about both cases, and any changes?

Both runs BeamNG no problem in Ultra Settings so don't worry about playing BeamNG xD
But I recommend AMD Based System cuz for now, AMD is better then Intel.

Regarding the build with the AMD RX 7900 XR, from what I know BeamNG has performance issues with AMD gpu's so if your pc is mainly focused on BeamNG that gpu may not be a good idea, though I have not thoroughly looked into it so I am not sure about much regarding the topic, there is however this thread on the topic which may be worth a read Performance issues with AMD GPUs | BeamNG

I don't really have a whole lot of knowledge on this subject, but based on my experience with recent Incel laptops, don't get a 13-14th gen Intel CPU because they tend to be defective
that's nice. have a good time being a computer shop :)
