I bought the tuning shop at the race track since I had some extra money, messed up the first few orders and find myself with -$500k in balance and no obvious way to be able to inject more cash into my business, as such I have no budget to work on future jobs and keep incurring the $5k 'lift fee' to operate a business I can't do anything with but lose money I can't do anything with anyway. Is there a way to either sell off this shop or freeze the constant drain of money that this has turned into, or am I just perpetually doomed to stay in a debt I can't pay off?

I get the same issue, my fix is to check the “new career” tab before I play. If it has all of the options RLS adds, then I’m good to go. If it only has the “enable tutorial” option, then i just restart the game and it works. I don’t know if Ctrl-L works.
When I tried your fix it just did the exact same thing it always does- it shows errors. And when i try with he Ctrl-L method then after its done I can't walk or rotate my camera and stuff. But thanks for the advice!
Extremely weird issue with this. Linux Mint 22.3 Cinnamon, running the native version. Fresh install of beam, fresh install of RLS, no other mods. Upon trying to create a career mode, it just hangs on this screen. As you can see in the upper left, the fps counter is working, and as you can see here, I can access the console, so the game must think it's done loading, or something along those lines. Has anyone encounted this, and has anyone figured out a fix? Game files validate successfully, when attempting to do the same using proton, it just locks up and crashes. Specs are Ryzen 5 3600x Arc B580 16gb DDR4 500gb SSD
I just was loading up a new RLS Career myself, went to buy a car, and noticed that my car buying screen doesn't quite work properly. I can't scroll at all, meaning I can't see anything lower than the Police dealership, and additionally, I can't buy a car at all, because I can't view any dealer or used cars that can be bought with the beginner 10k. Is there any way I can get help fixing this issue? --- Post updated ---
Anyone else having to re-enable auto routing for deliveries? For my I have to click it after every one, which I can't imagine is intended but just wanna check if anyone else has that before I spend any time looking in it.
Hello so i installed it the correct way.. but every time i start a new save or load into it.. it gets stuck on 3 vehicle loading and sounds like i am underwater.. and it wont load into the game.. am i doing something wrong?
Pressing CTRL + L to reset lua seems to work for me. Also, if you turn off ui, you can see you are underwater, hence the sound EDIT: this doesn't seem to actually progress you farther in the loading process, it just resets and starts over --- Post updated --- I'm currently doing the meticulous process of taking mods out of my mod folder and running the game to see which mod is affecting the game. I have yet to locate the specific mod, but i found out that when i took out a chunk of mods, it loaded just fine. In short, i would reccommend taking out a group of mods at a time, putting them in an alt folder, loading up the game and seeing if it works to slowly find which mod is affecting.
I've been having the same issue, It's a pain for me as I have to constantly do a sit-up to reach my mouse when using a wheel.
I had the same issue, looking on discord someone said press F5 which reloads UI, seems to fix it for me.
very cool mod but is there some way for u to add a mod dealership,where we can buy only mod cars? i have many mod cars and i cant find 80% of them, they just dont show up in the dealer menu, i tried to modify the .json files so that they apear but i cant figure it out

If you need new ideas for future mods, it would be cool to add a real in-car audio system. The idea is that the player can buy a radio in the in-game shop, upgrade speakers (so the sound quality changes), and control the music directly from inside the car. There is already a good mod https://www.beamng.com/resources/zeit-radio-the-zeidio.22603/, but it works through an external UI, like a Windows media player. It would be much more realistic to control music using buttons on the car’s dashboard instead of an external interface. This system would also fit well into the game economy, since players could buy radios, speakers, and other audio parts.
one bug: the repo arm breaks extremely easy, i slightly bump the arm in a wall and the whole thing stops working, cant go up and down etc+
