Beamng Easter eggs

Hello,

So the goal of this thread is simple, I will put easter eggs which I know, and If you find some others/or know I'll put them with your pseudo.

Easter eggs :

Spoiler: Name of cars

-Name of car :
"Pessima" means "Bad" In italian


"Bolide" mens Fireball, or in french, a "Bolide" is a surname for a very fast car, or a sports car.


"Covet" means yearn to possess (desire) it could point out the sales sucess of the Honda Civic in the United States. (Thanks to @ktheminecraftfan )


"Miramar" means sea view is spanish. it points out the rust problems early Japanese cars had (Thanks to @ktheminecraftfan )

Miramar, is also many city in the world, see all in the post of @aquojdm

The 200BX's overfender kit for the "custom" configuration is called Turbo Rabbit ingame as I remember. This is a reference it the well-known Rocket Bunny overfender kit for the real Nissan S13 180SX/240SX (Thank to @randomshortguy)



On the "Save and load" menu, you can find a variant of the Moonhawk named "Drive"
This is a reference to the Chevy Malibu Driver uses in the movie (Decover by @CreasingCurve)

-On car :
On the rally painting of the sunburst you can see "M.Atador" and "G.Azia" It's means matador and Greek for stitching

On the rally painting of the Covet you can see "D.Rivel " and "O.Degos " It's means drivel and Greek for guide

On the 88' Pessima rally paiting you can see "S.Velta " and "L.Evis" It's means Quickly and levies

On the 200bx you can see the music "Darude Sand Storm" playing on the car stereo



The "French Gendarmerie" Version of the Sunburst, Is a reference to The Subaru impreza 2005 use by the Highway Police in France



-On the Miramar you can see a strange visage behind the windows, optical illusion with interior pieces of the car, but still, it's look a little spooky :


-In the Pigeon there is a little paper which recommande you to didn't turn the steering weels to hard at high speed ... Strange... :


On the new Pessima, the car stereo say " Elton john" (Thanks to @ktheminecraftfan )


On the stereo of the ETK I-series, the stereo say "Me up Before You Go-" (Thanks to @BJCreeper )


On the Taxi variant of the Grand marshall the sign seems to be a little scam (A little)


People say, there is dirt on the interior of the D-series, I can't find it, can you send me a picture ?

On "ECA" You can find a old and creepy house with a flashing light lost in a swamp :

That has been created for halloween 2015 :


On Hirochi Raceway you can see a sign which is saying "Elatpdromos" in greek, elato means fir and dromos means road (Also thanks to @RyvyLo !)


On Utah you can find there poster on a bulding, There not very useful... :

Also on Utah, there is a place, where if you jump off the cliff, you would be able to get a "Cinematic view" Very, very hard to get
Still on Utah, you can found a box under a wood bridge :

"le gran" in Spanish is "you great"

 

On previous versions of beamng, you could see the remains of multiple map images with gridmap going 1, 2, 3 in mouse drawn numbers.

 

I'm pretty sure most people know this but, on the 2000's pessima the radio says Elton John

I'm Spanish, "le gran" means nothing, I think it's a play on french "Le grand" (maybe)
We don't have "le" in our vocabulary (it's "el", means "the") and "gran" can mean either "big" or "great" but must always be in front of a noun (The Big Lebowski = El Gran Lebowski / The Great Gatsby = El Gran Gatsby") To say "you're great" we'd say "[tú] eres genial"

Also, OT and funny thing, "Pésima" in Spanish means "abysmal"/"dreadful" as in very bad quality, capabilities, or skills if refered to a person. And it's in feminine.

I think le gran was a tongue in cheek reference to to the owners of cars like it, or just a parody of lebaron

I know. I'm Spanish too I thought it was le grand in slang.

 

Notte means night in Italian with is one of the variants for the Bolide

 

Bolide means very fast car also in italian

I think im stupid or not, but how did he get the Miramar car? Or is it from the original thread about the Miramar?


Btw, that video about the forest house with the flashing lights, that sound jumpscare with the car crash, I..... I..... Just freaked out, just... fell off my chair... Also almost got a heartattack.... :/

 

Well if you wanna some of my own speculations where JRI is placed

Me: 2 Pillboxes, fortification with a good point of view on sea, airstrip - Midway? Pearl Harbour? For sure this island was military base in around 1939-1953, and was used by Japanese or USA. We should search for island with a vulcano which was used in those years by USA or Japan as military base. Then we might know where it is placed on world map.

Somebody: I feel like its in haikido

Me: Yeah I totally forgot about this one! It was used by Japan in those years as military base it have airstrips, it have similar biome. It's mountainish and have vulcanos! You are probbably right about it. To be more precise it looks like it's one part of Hokkaido (Hidaka; Hiyama; Ishikari; Nemuro; Rumoi; Iburi; Kamikawa; Kushiro; Ohōtsuku; Oshima; Shiribeshi; Sorachi; Sōya; Tokachi.) Becouse whole Hokkaido is way to big. Or one of nearest small islands like Rishiri, Okushiri, Rebun, Iturup, Kunaszyr, Szykotan and Habomai. This last one Habomai Islands fits most, those are very small, it's 10 of them and all cover about 100km2. Also they aren't inhabited just like JRI !
