Yesh. Read the messages and you'll realize absolutely no one is saying we would get official skins. What is said, is that there would be a skin slot. Which there already is, if you don't believe me go to /vehicles/sbr/, sbr.jbeam and line 10. Speculation debunked, have a nice day.
I feel like BeamNG should probably at least realese info about the bus. OT:this threads topic changes every 1-2 pages
Nah, knowing to much ruins the speculation, knowing too little makes no speculation. There's a balance. Ot - You're OT symbol actually points to an offtopic statement lol
Those operate using custom-made skin slots, and will likely be broken by the update. However, it will make modding skins for the SBR4 much easier, so there's likely to be an increase in the number of the ones we see.
Read the second message on this page, those mods use an official slot. And not only that, even if I was wrong (which I'm not, you can look at the file yourself) it wouldn't make skinning any easier since you can make your skin use any slot, for example the tow hitch slot. What ever nadeox said in that thread is wrong and should not be used for speculation. The slot didn't show up for those people because they didn't have any skins installed, if a slot doesn't have any parts it's not going to be visible. This is all so basic knowledge and visible in the files I feel amazed someone even doubts what I'm saying.
And I can't wait for all of the interesting modifications people will make, such as RV mods and drag buses.
The engine is perfectly capable of making a working bicycle... The only problem is the stabilization provided by the cyclist. Driving a bike would be way more complicated than driving a normal manual car ( as it is in real life )
There is post by Goosah, which hints some changes for brakes in next update if I understood it correctly: https://www.beamng.com/threads/brake-failure.52856/page-2#post-809966
