I'm pretty sure that's your issue, i have only 65 mods and some of mine are breaking..

 

Are they all in most recent versions?

 

Clear cache then try disabling all mod and activate only more parts for t series
This is the shittiest help ever made but try it should work

 

Not sure. Ill try removing some of the t series mods. Maybe that will help.

I cant find a way to fix the wheels. Looks like the sweeper will have to change back to standard wheels

Ok I got it fixed, but now the towtruck doesnt work... and I need it for this episode... jeezz

 

The trouble is it seems you need to find another truck for Sweeper

 

For your info the tow truck is outdated
