Vehicle/Map Spawning Issue

I'm having a critical issue here. All the vehicles I've downloaded off the forum spawn, but nothing is there. And the terrains just give me errors not being able to create a resource. When I go to manually update the game it says I'm up to date. Does anyone have an idea what's going on?

I'm still having the same problem. Maybe the update will fix it when we get it. In the mean time, it's pretty irritating (and demotivating) to not be able to enjoy any community content whatsoever. I see I'm not the only one with this issue either.

 

Have you tried re-installing the game?

 

Did you them correctly? Make sure to use the folders inside the zips, and not the zip files themselves. Did you put maps in your levels folder and vehicles in your vehicles folder.

 

I'm not trying to bust your balls, but it has to be something exclusive to your directory structure or something like that. For instance, if a terrain is supposed to be in levels\terrainDL and you have it in levels\terrainDL\terrainDL, I imagine it would give the type of errors you're seeing because the downloaded terrain is only looking to load files in levels\terrainDL.

 

I have my terrains in the level/xxx and vehicles in vehicles/xxx
Tried re-installing 3 times
It all works on my laptop just fine, which is why I'm frustrated.

 

Weird, do both computers use the same operating system ?
