The mod is SOOOOOOO great! The only thing mising are 15x6 HGTMC tires, that is all!
Yeah this mod is old and I don't think that it will be updated.
My solution is to spawn on map Cliff, spawn Herbie and drive down, then reset him, it works like this for me.
