Y'all can see the size alone from the license plate, its way oversized / car is too small.

Open BeamNG > click on "Repository" > click on "Mods Manager" tab > click on "Open mods folder" > drag and drop file into there !! Just in case...
Many mods were in WIP for very very long and they recently came out, so patients is the real key here.
