Same for me, also if you have AI cars during yhe replay some cars colors are flickering (red/white, black/white).
Could be an old mod making conflicts. My best advice, for start, would be to manually clear the folder [...]\AppData\Local\BeamNG.drive\ by...
Not all mod maps have AI support, but if the map you have used to have a working AI, you can try a deep clear cache and see if it fix it.

I used the default musics in the mod. I tried with one of the the very short track (20sec), Ctrl+9 seems to work: shows "autoplay ON/OFF" on...
The radio autoplay function doesn't seems to work. On or Off songs just repeat. It never goes to the next son when autoplay is On.
