the normals are inverted? leading to some pretty weird inconsistencies in the mesh as you pan around the car, they are not supposed to look like this

try clearing cache? that usually fixes any mesh issues from previous versions. i kinda had to chop the body up some to get the new body parts working
ok i drove the car around some, i can see what you mean but its only when driving in arcade, i dont drive around in that at all so that explains...
