I have the same CPU. It's a great choice (not so much since the release of 11th gen i5 CPUs but anyway), it'll run BeamNG wonderfully.
I seriously doubt that hardware will be able to run BeamNG even if it supports DirectX 11 (it doesn't, what a surprise).
Technically, anything running Windows and DX11 can run BeamNG, just some won't run it well.
Don't make a thread when you have practically no progress so far.
I'm currently running a GTX 1660 (not the Super or Ti models, whoops), at least it can run high on BeamNG
