Separate names with a comma.
I have tried using vsync, freesync (I have a 580), and locking the fps in game and with an external program and none fixed the stutter.
Since the Italy update I get an uplayable stutter while on any map with any vehicle. It stutters every 1-2 seconds down 10-fps before jumping back...
