Problem also present in the Humble Bundle version (0.5.3.2.2036). No Skype, but TeamViewer or Hangouts would be options, though no mic usable...
It's even worse now :D :( I'll try the Humble Bundle version (though it is 0.5.3.2.2036) and see if the bug is present there, too.

Wiped the driver off the hard drive, ran a clean up, disabled the Windows Update, restarted, downloaded and installed the driver using the Nvidia...
